"Pros: staff is great, friendly and attentive, rooms are clean and well kept, Beach was very nice and clean and right to an amazing public beach as well. Cons: all pools close at 6pm way too early, there is NO 24 hour food service as advertised! Only some crappy sandwiches in mini fridge in the back of a sports bar. So no food available after 9pm anywhere in the hotel. The food at the buffet is terrible and the restaurants'food is average at best. Wil not be staying here ever again sadly."

"Our family dined at the Sea & Stones restaurant, they delivered our food and never returned to our table! Terrible service. We had water pouring from the ceiling in our hotel room. I spoke with 3managers to let them know we were extremely disappointed, and they offered us $10 USD off our bill! Will never stay here again."

The staff was very welcoming and very nice. They have an entertainment team that plan different activities throughout the day. Our favorite was silent disco"
