Perfect location for walking and relaxing. Found some beautiful waterfalls. Loved the old doors that led into our rooms. The full English breakfast was great.

The staff were very friendly & helpful, the food in the restaurant was excellent & the hotel was very comfortable. We will certainly stay here again.

Margaret and Paula have created a beautiful, welcoming and warm home away from home. I felt so special. The White Lion is a very quaint, cozy hotel. Our room was beautiful. Comfortable and clean. We ate in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast and both were delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

Clean and spacious rooms and bathrooms, cozy inn with locals coming in for dinner, wish I could have stayed longer beyond the wedding I was visiting for. Oh! And there was a cute sheep sitting outside!

The staff were great! The rooms were very good as well. The pool was relaxing. It was a nice, calm, comfortable stay with great views. The Dog & Gun pub has tasty meals for both dinner and breakfast. The sticky toffee pudding was fantastic.

Easy parking and beautiful classic building with friendly staff.
