10/10 Excellent

"One of the best hotel I've ever stayed at, and they are worth every penny you spent. The common amenities are beautifully designed, it felt like a pristine museum/fancy lounge. The single room has a Japandi aesthetic which is really well-designed to feel spacious within the small space. Lighting are perfect, bright, warm, and cozy. Staffs are really well-dressed and caring. They accommodated my stay attentively. Highly recommended and definitely come back for another time."

"Likes: Beds were very comfortable. Dislikes: Bath didn’t drain properly which meant both guests couldn’t use it. Took a while to fix. There was no kettle or tea/coffee in room. Was provided on request but the milk/creamer tasted bad. The room temperature was not well regulated. Too cold at times. However, blankets given on request. Bathroom door got jammed and had to get someone to fix it very early morning and I was almost late for a meeting."

"Good location and we asked for a view of Times Square which we had and was good. Not very sound proofed but the blinds were great at keeping the lights of the square out. Very confusing with the deposit for the room and then travellers fees being a credit at the restaurant which. Door staff were very friendly and helpful. The gym was too small for such a big hotel and unlike the sister hotel in Washington there was no self managed laundry and limited water facilities. We are still very unclear what the additional costs are as we never received an itemised bill by email as they advised on check out."
