We were greeted outside by the bell captain who helped us with our luggage and brought us aboard to the guest services area. People at the front desk are very helpful. Food in the restaurant was ok. Beef brisket should have been more tender, but meals that others had were fine. The location is close to the cruise port, which was great because we were sailing on Holland America and this hotel provides free shuttle service to the cruise terminal. This service was excellent! They took our bags right to the ship so embarkation was easy. I would definitely recommend this property. They also offer discounted tours of the ship for hotel guests.
