"Ce n’est pas un hôtel très luxueux mais c’est vraiment très bien. J’avais un accès VIP on m’a offert le surclassement sans frais, chambre spacieuse et confortable. L’accès aux autres Bahía, il y en a pour tous les goûts. et les restaurants un gros WOW j’ai tellement bien mangé. Juste pour cela considérant le prix payé c’était bien au delà de mes attentes. Je recommande sans hésitations je serais restée plus longtemps pour bien profiter de toutes les possibilités! "

"Breakfast was continental. Could order protein from the menu, which we did a couple times. We also had dinner one night and everyone’s meals were fantastic. An extra shout out of thanks to the front desk for assisting in finding us an “extra” private room to destress. And another shout out to all the staff, from security to cleaning. "Amazing stay at NaJ Boutique Hotel! The hotel is beautiful, peaceful, and perfectly located in Aldea Zama. The rooms are stylish, very clean, and comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help with anything we needed. The pool area is a great place to relax after exploring Tulum. Everything about the stay felt easy and welcoming. "The unit itself was good, large enough for the 4 of us and layout was perfect as it was a couple and two others who had the spare room with their own beds. I would give it a better review but there was construction going on constantly right next to the condo building which is a huge turnoff for me as I wanted to relax, hard to do with hammers and noise all day.
