"Great property and great staff. Hotel is clean and modern, and feels quiet and secure despite being in the middle of the Old Quarter craziness. The rooftop restaurant/bar provided a great place to relax and unwind, and the breakfast buffet was incredible. The fitness center is tiny and the sub-basement swimming pool is something of an oddity but that actually made it cleaner and more relaxing than an outdoor pool would have been."

"Loved everything about this hotel, from the moment I walked in its doors. The reception staff was polite, professional, and fast. The room was immaculate. Jack, the General Manager, obviously trains his staff to a high level of service, and if you meet him when you're there, you'll find him charming and extremely helpful, like old-school service we used to get at the best five-star hotels in Europe (before they were mostly bought out by conglomerates or chains). His kind attention made me feel that the hotel is now a home away from home for me, and I am looking forward to getting back there as soon as I can"
