"the room wasn't clean. very poor customer service. especially in the bar areas. and a very rude bartender. that chose to argue with a customer. and decide too talk too. his coworkers in regards of a customer. and I won't ever book there again. and there was a maggot found in clean supposedly clean towels. and this was supposed too be a five star hotel. not at all is what it was. "

"The smell of the 3rd floor is horrible i guess they let people cook in there rooms and the smell of fish and curry and other sppices were very strong and made me nauseous we couldn't not stay we left"

"It wouldn’t take much to make this a 5 star review but the towels had holes, the sheets had holes, the lamp flickered and there was mold on the ceiling! The ice machine was also missing. But the room was clean. The bathroom had been renovated and the lobby and breakfast was nice."

"Only reason I didn't give a 5 was that you have to ask to have trash and towels handled each day. Otherwise, great place to stay."

"It is a nice clean and recently updated home with plenty of room for our family and 2 small dogs. The beds were comfortable. Check-in was easy. We encountered a few issues during our stay, including a strong odor in the back bedroom. This issue was addressed within a few hours of check-in. Lights and outlets that did not work and missing silverware were just minor inconveniences. The master shower drain was clogged and overflowed. Thankfully there was a second bathroom that had no issues, since there was no plumber available for the holiday weekend. Communication ranged from prompt to several hours for responses. The backyard was fenced and nice for letting the dogs out safely. It was a quiet neighborhood and easy to find. Overall we enjoyed our stay."
