"The appartement is very comfortable for a family with 2 kids and well localized. Our stay was good overall. They were only 2 things that bother us a bit : it's a bit dark inside the flat and the water pressure should be controlled : during our shower, they weren't not lots of water and we had randomly cold / hot water. "

"We loved this place! It's an excellent value for Venice. The hotel is quiet and in front of the beach. It is well connected to the main island. The bus, in front of the hotel, runs every 20 minutes and gets you to the main Lido ferry station where you can take many ferries to the main island."

"The hotel staff was very helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great and access to public transit was convenient. Our only disappointment was there is no chair in the room, so the only place to sit was on the bed. Still highly recommend the hotel."

"Persoonallinen hotelli, siisti ja hyväkuntoinen. Sijainti Lidon saarella rauhallisella alueella, tarvittaessa myös bussilla pääsee hotellin lähelle. Liikkuminen vesibussilla keskustan ja saarten välillä helppoa. Hotellilta sai myös hyvät ohjeet miten rautatieasemalta pääsee helposti perille. Erityisruokavalio huomioitiin aamupalalla hyvin ( toki kerrottu etukäteen asiasta). "

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, it’s a hidden gem, its new, modern, spacious room, clean and walkable to Piazza San Marco and several shops, restaurants around so great location if you want to be in the center but still quiet.All staff members were extremelly polite, breakfast is tasty with a good variety to choose including hot buffet. "It was a fantastic stay for the 2 day period we spent here in Venice as it came with 2 separate rooms and toilets. On the outside, there is access to a small terrace as well as a swimming pool. It was in a good location however to improve, I would say that the room decorations were slightly old. Apart from that, a very positive stay."

"The location is great - in a nice peaceful neighborhood away from the crowds. The vaporetto is very convenient. The room was good and the public areas are nicely decorated.
