"A great place to stay if you’re flying into or out of AKL, good sized room, good noise insulation. One downside is the split mattresses. It is impossible to sleep in the centre of the beds so effectively you have to sleep in a single bed. They try to push an expensive shuttle bus to and from the terminals, however, it is around 1 km to walk. Half of it is covered and the rest is in carparks or quiet streets. Quite expensive for fewer facilities than a motel. But for me the 100% extra cost is worth not having to wait to be picked up or dropped off."

"Seconded time staying here was really nice super comfy bed and amazing pillow bar. The only a few minor down sides of our room was our phone did not work( just made room service difficult lol) , the door was sticking so it was hard to open, the fan in the bathroom didn’t work and the kettle was confusing but I think that was an operator error lol But the staff was really helpful and the stay was really nice I’d give a solid -A grade Will stay again, thank you"
