"Love this hotel. Fantastic location, great beds and rooms. Staff are lovely and has great facilities. Cost was more than reasonable. Loved it and would stay again."
"The parking situation was confusing on some sites it states that disabled parking is free (which is one of the reasons we picked this hotel) and when we got to the hotel they then told me that we had to pay for parking. Luckily the staff did not charge us at their discretion. The breakfast options were not as varied as advertised (only choice of eggs was scrambled and highly peppered, no mushrooms, fried tomatoes etc)but what was offered was well cooked. The rooms were very clean but could do with a small fridge for medication or items purchased that need to be kept cool. But the staff are really friendly and seem to be happy and treat patrons very well. "

"Polite friendly helpful staff, clean spacious room, good choice for breakfast.
Walkable from New Street station, close to canals eating area (sealife/lego), just by the old part (library) and easy to walk to Bullring"
"Room was nice and spacious, shower was a little tight for my partner (he is quite broad though Lol) and there was no bin in the bedroom although there was a little one in the bathroom. Outside of those factors... The room was lovely and clean... Staff even left a cute note on the desk for us : ) and were friendly and very helpful. Would definitely stay again"
"When arriving at hotel car park 2 Disabled bays one occupied by car with no blue badge and the other by a chiller unit. Spoke to staff and parked behind the chiller unit."
