Absolutely charming Victorian B&B in a very quiet neighborhood, but within walking distance of the Five Points South area. Tree House is quiet and inviting, with coffee, fruit and bagels available all day.

These are our new favorite Properties. The only problem with this room was the door to the toilet area would not latch. It was always cracked open and the door suite badly just part of new construction, not finished.

This is an amazing property! We stayed in the cobblestone suite. It had a separate seating area, access to a wonderful balcony, a walk-in shower, and a comfortable king size bed. They also provided extra linen/blankets in the closet. It can be a little confusing on how to access the security desk where you check in and then the hotel but if you follow the very detailed instructions that they send to you and use Google maps to locate the areas you will be fine. Hotel was clean and room was spacious

When we arrived at 5:00 pm, the front desk told us they didnt have our room ready yet and that was totally unacceptable. We had to wait a few minutes for the room to be ready

A great addition to Birmingham! Some start-up kinks like condensation noise from the refridgerators and slow service in the restaurant. However we will be back!

Everything about our suite, stay, and service was fabulous!!! The Front Desk Profesdionals and Jeanette, the Breakfast Chef, did a great job!

Nice hotel located in a nice area. The hotel itself is tucked away in a secluded location but is still very close to every shop you might need. Hotel staff is very polite and helpful. Typical amenities that you expect. A free hot breakfast in the morning. We stayed here as a resting point on our way to Florida because our normal hotel (Drury Inn - the highly rated one) was full. Staff was exceptionally courteous and very willing to assist in any way. Room and bathroom were spacious and clean. A good variety of breakfast each day. The one thing we didn’t like was the parking fee, it was too high ($25) per night and some nights it was full and we had to park in the street. We will stay there again when we visit my daughter in college. It’s convenient and the pricing is good.
