"The property was beautiful, well-maintained, and very inviting. The pool area was definitely a highlight—the mid-morning and afternoon poolside activities were lit and brought great energy to the resort! The Xaymaca show was amazing and easily one of the highlights of my stay. Most of the wait and bar staff were kind and attentive. One area that could use improvement is the dress code policy and how consistently it is enforced. It appeared that exceptions were made for some guests but not for others, which was a bit frustrating. Greater consistency would make the policy feel fair to everyone. I’m also not a huge fan of the wristband chip being used to unlock the room doors, although I understand the convenience and reasoning behind it. Overall, I had a very enjoyable experience."

"This resort was absolutely beautiful. Not only were the grounds lush and stunning, the water of the Caribbean Sea blessedly clear and calm, but the kindness and warmth of the staff was truly the best part of our stay. My husband and I felt so glad to visit during the slow season, as the staff had time to talk to us between serving the delicious food and drinks. We have been to many different places in the world, and the sincerity, charm and humor of the staff made our stay so special. The hospitality was truly above and beyond all expectation. We can't wait to get back. A special thanks to Rogers, Triana, Lloyd, Orville, Ruth and all the staff we were lucky enough to talk and laugh with at San Souci. We fell in love with Jamaica because of you!"

"The check in process was very lengthy Room was not ready until 3 hours after check in Property in general was very good Encountered a very rude staff member at Pier 8 restaurant, which is very out of character for this resort as the staff of is always so kind and polite. "

"I really love how easy it is to access the beach... I love the breakfast (Eggs and Bacon); the staff are very friendly and helpful. The beef stew is also very nice."

"Slow-paced, old world vibe. Staff are attentive and knowledgeable. Excellent beach and beach facilities. A few glitches with the food, but I appreciate that it is made from scratch and doesn't feel like it came off a conveyor belt from a large all-inclusive kitchen. If you want rest and relaxation, this is the spot."

"Big up Sandals Ochi. The resort was emasculate and the staff were very helpful and polite. I just want to shout out both Patrice's from the front desk and entertainment sections. They both made my stay unforgettable. My villa was amazing and the housekeeping staff were on point. I will definitely stay here again. I love the fact that I could eat somewhere different every day and even eat at crazy hours on the morning thanks to some places being open until 2am."
