"The breakfast was fresh and good. Lovely fresh fruit salad. Lunch in the bar is very good. Lots of free and easy parking directly outside the hotel. The decor inside is so rich, where do you look first, beautiful and tasteful. Our room had a four poster bed which we were not expecting, real treat, the room had a panoramic view of the coast line. We just had a wonderful time."

"I surprised my wife with the booking as we were both off work to celebrate my birthday. She was impressed so much so she wants to go back next year in the summer. On the last day however, we were served by a young man who didn’t seem to like my wife’s order and had a terrible attitude towards us but thankfully we were leaving afterwards. "

"An amazing property in a fantastic location. The views were breathtaking & we loved watching the world go by in the harbour & the changing tides.At night we enjoyed the sunsets and the stunning starry skies.The house had everything for a comfortable stay, the large downstairs bathroom & shower is a real bonus.Steve & Louise were very helpful and quick to respond. "The setting is slightly nicer than you can see in the photos, the property has decking leading down steps to an enclosed little garden with a drying line and over looks the large driveway, tennis court and beautiful views.The property is nice. It has an open plan lounge/kitchen with dining table. Beds are comfy, shower is good.The front door was sticky and almost impossible to open but we happily used the back door which has a key. Washing took a while to dry inside the property, best to use the line outsode of not raining.You need to drive to get to places but its near loads of good stuff. Lovely beach and dog walk at Crackington Haven, about a 5 minute drive. Boscastle is very near, its a gorgeous village to visit with an even more beautiful walk. We went to Bude - summerleaze beach and pool, North Rock beach which was great for body boarding, had a lovely day at Clovelly."

"The check in is only between 5-8:30pm. I arrived at 9pm and luckily I called beforehand and the reception lady waited for me. The staff is very friendly. Everything was very clean. The kitchen is big and can allow 3 groups cook at the same time. The surrounding is serene. The river in the front provides natural white noise day and night, good for sleeping. "
