"Old style but impeccably kept hotel. Like the good old days and it is well located, just two blocks from the train station and three blocks from the Duomo. The rooms and hotel in general are beautiful. The operation is run great and the service is very efficient but don’t expect to get any smiles from the personnel. They do their job, well done but there is a lot of arrogance still. Also the rooms don’t have easy access plugins. I have to use only the one in the bathroom, the others are behind...

"The hotel is in an excellent location. It is a 10 minute walk from the train station and a 5 minute walk from the Mercato Centrale. The room was a little dated and the shower was very tight but overall it was very clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Shout out to Marco at the front desk who gave us some great suggestions for places to see and eat."

The place is very well kept, breakfast had a surprisingly wider variety of food for a continental breakfast, and is in a nice quiet part of Florence that is still accessible to the city centre. There are also some roaming cats around that became joyful to spot throughout our stay - thoroughly recommend this hotel!"
