"Stunning villa with everything we needed and superb views. Everything worked and we had all we need to include a baby. The washing line needs repair. It would have been helpful to be given advice that it is quite intimidating driving up to the villa from Bagni di Lucca, and that we should only rent a very small vehicle. The Australians and Americans in our group really struggled with the road and the access to the villa itself. "

"A perfect trip to Bagni Di Lucca. A family of 8 with 3 generations from 7 years old to 80 years old. The property is very well set out in a great location with breathtaking views to the river. Rod’s is a fantastic host and his communication is excellent. A minor medical emergency and Rod was available immediately to provide advice on the best place to get treatment - he even offered to accompany me to the hospital. Rod also arranged a chef to cook a traditional Italian meal for my family. It was delicious and incredibly good value. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in a generously proportioned villa with rustic charm in a superb location. "
