"The bathroom was terrible with no enclosed shower and the water spilled over the bathroom and I slipped Old hotel I would not suggest Staff was helpfulz for the money spent you could get a better place"

"You had to run the shower, the bathroom faucet, and the one in the room to get the hot water to turn on. The toilets throughout the hotel did not flush well. We had to call maintenance multiple times to.plunge the toilet and the toilet in the lobby had to be flushed multiple times just for tissue to go down for a number 1. The staff was definitely friendly and that was a plus and only plus."

"Beautiful view downtown. I really liked the inside of this hotel! Everyone was very helpful and I was able to get checked in quickly. I know they said they were renovating and my room was very lovely! I would have appreciated some signage of room numbers off the elevator as I was in a time crunch but hopefully they get added later. Would recommend. Shower was amazing!"

"The room was so small than I expected. No refrigerator, no microwave, don’t have even a paper cup. I heard the cop’s silence and the music most of the time. I do not recommend. "

"Everything was amazing they say they don’t have a view but we requested a high floor and we got a view of the street and buildings around us I loved it staff was very polite breakfast was 100/10 the rooftop is a must! I would definitely stay here again the location was also amazing restaurants shopping are walking distance if you are thinking of renting a car I suggest just do LYFT we saved so much $$ and didn’t have to worry about paying for parking every where less stress. "

"Breakfast was good, but not exceptional. Had to call to the front desk to find out where I turned the light on in my bathroom ecause the towel rail and towels were blocking its view. Spent way too much time looking for light switch. Guest next door checked in and was talking so loudly from 3am to 4 am. I did not report. Room has seen better days; wall paper peeling. Check in staff great as well as breakfast staff."

"It's ok, no rats or cockroaches but did I expect better for the price? Yes. And don't be fooled, there are hidden fees, something called a "city resort tax" or something like that (even though it's not a resort--no perks), that you'll be charged additional for at the hotel, no matter what Expedia says about fees and taxes being included in the price."
