"This magnificent hotel was truly jaw dropping. Upon entering into the lobby, you definitely felt as though you had just entered a Palace. The marble, antique furniture and gilding were just stunning. We had a small issue with the size of one of our rooms upon checking in. The front desk staff promptly found a solution and offered us a free upgrade to a suite to ensure we were completely happy. "Beautiful property with very attentive staff. The restaurant just outside the resort was great as well. We ate there twice! Breakfast in the morning had wonderful options and the staff were so friendly. Would definitely recommend!"

"Small boutique hotel, which goes out of its way to make your stay comfortable. Owner and staff are very friendly. Note, if you want a canal view, you have to be sure to book the room with that view. It is a very small canal in the back of the hotel. Location is good, Venice is a very walkable city so you can get from the hotel to pretty much anywhere within a 15 to 20 minute walk."
