"Just a beautiful property! Impeccable and beautifully decorated rooms and property. Amazing and friendly staff. Delicious cocktail drinks. Love the complimentary water taxi ride to Murano Island! Love the breakfast box for early mornjng departure! Love that it’s just on the perimeter of the busy San Marco. Queit nabe with lots of delivious restaurants. This is a fancy nice retreat! "

"Perfect location! Right in the Grand Canal but just a couple of blocks from all the hustle and bustle. An older hotel with a lot of charm. Fabulous breakfast and wonderful staff with views to die for. Highly recommend! "

"Staff was amazingly kind. After traveling through US I expect a mediocre service environment. These people were so kind, over the top helpful. The property is a converted third generation home and exquisite. Breakfast was not what we expected. It was lacking nothing including fresh everything and cappuccino made for us. "

"I've stayed in Venice quite a few times and this is definitely one of the best hotels I've stayed in.
The area is lovely where visitors mix with locals and enjoy very good food.
The hotel has been refurbished and the rooms are comfortable and welcoming.
The breakfast buffet is excellent, considering it's size, and the ladies who look after it are welcoming.

"The location and accommodation itself were excellent. Close to everything while in a quieter zone. Accomodation was large and well laid out and the kitchen was an asset for breakfasts. Staff accommodated an earlier check in for us which was much appreciated after an overnight flight,"
