The location is perfect—right in the middle of Ginza, close to shops, restaurants, and public transport, which made getting around super easy. The room was clean, modern, and really well laid out. The bed was super comfortable, and everything felt fresh and well cared for. It was a great place to be based after a busy day exploring Tokyo. The staff were lovely—friendly, helpful, and always happy to assist with anything we needed. Check‑in was easy, and the overall vibe of the hotel was calm and welcoming.
