"Great hotel right next to Telford International centre. The rooms are a little tired but the bed was very comfortable, with pillow choice too. The shower was amazing, powerful!!! Breakfast was very average. We requested a quiet room in what was a full hotel and we got it, end of corridor, no noise at all as we were next to what I think was a boiler or linen room, no neighbour!! We would stay there again, especially we paid £90/night for 2 adults and a child (2 double beds)."

"A simple hotel in the middle of Stourbridge. Rooms are adequate in size, the bed is comfortable and there's a good shower in the bathroom. There was a problem with my room but it got sorted quickly and the staff were excellent. Small changes in the bathroom would help - a shelf above the sink so there's somewhere to put your stuff and similarly a soap dish in the shower would be really useful."

"Overall lovely hotel. We were unlucky with a room with a musky fishy smell which detracted from all the other lovely room features. I did notice some cobwebs in the room and a few patches of touch up white paint which didnt quite match which normally I would overlook. Staff lovely and room quiet. breakfast good and grounds wonderful. "

"Very good staff, excellent safe parking for my motorbike. Food excellent and decent price, I don’t usually go for set meals but it worked for me. Beer is spot on ales. Butty Bach is served well. My ONLY gripe was that the room was 36deg because no one had bothered to open windows and ventilate it. The whole night it only dropped to 27deg with all windows open. Otherwise I would have given it more stars. Also the ‘continental’ breakfast is basically toast and cereals, no fresh coffee. "
