Check-in was smooth, and I appreciated that someone helped carry my bags up the 3 flights of stairs to my room (which I gladly tipped for). "Ficamos em um quarto privativo, ele era bem pequeno, mas atendeu bem. Faziam limpeza do chão todo dia, o que foi ótimo. Só sentimos falta de mais ganchos ou prateleiras para pendurar nossas coisas. As tomadas eram localizadas em pontos muito altos do quarto, faltando praticidade. Por fim, o elevador não estava funcionando, tivemos que subir muitas escadas diariamente.
