"We stayed here during the off-season (early May) at around 40% capacity, which helped—but even with that, this is easily the best adults-only all-inclusive I’ve been to. Everything just felt easy. No pressure to upgrade, no sense you’re missing out. The base experience is strong across the board—food, service, and overall layout all work. Food is usually where these places fall short, but not here. We ate somewhere different every night and never felt the need to repeat. Quality was consistently good, and we didn’t pay for any upgraded dining. Quick tip—download the app right away. Reservations open at 9am and take about a minute. Rooms are very similar, which actually simplifies things. We had a basic fourth-floor room—covered balcony, great view, no need to overthink it. The resort is clean and well maintained, and service was consistently good without being over the top. The beach is smaller and has some storm impact, but the pool setup makes up for it. Great loungers, great layout, and still a water view. We spent most of our time there. If you want to walk, you can go north or south along other resorts. Seaweed wasn’t an issue—there’s a barrier and active cleanup. Also—plenty of chairs. No early morning scramble. The vibe is a good balance of energy and relaxation, and it never felt crowded. Bottom line—I’d come back in a heartbeat and stay longer next time. Fantastic property!!!!"

"It was a nice appearance when I arrived. The room was great but the beds were very hard. I had brought my daughter to the kid water park on site which was a great idea but wasn’t well maintained at all. The steps were rusted and the rubber was coming off of the play structure exposing the kids to metal and the pool surface tiles were falling off. I got food poisoning from the seafood restaurant and had to miss my massage appointment. The next day I wanted a salad so I went to the buffet and there I had found a moldy cucumber in my salad so I threw the whole thing away and didn’t eat on the property for the rest of my stay. Upon check in they had offered me a golden ticket (200$) credit that I never received. They also asked if I would like aroma therapy and I agreed and selected lavender but did not receive that for any of the days I was there and I later realized it was definitely needed due to excessive sargassum. When I was checking out they tried to charge me 200$ for the massage I didn’t receive and I missed my flight due to them arguing that I needed to pay just to turn around and retract the statement as more guests came in. Also I had called ahead of time because it was me and my partners 5year anniversary and I requested they do something special nothing major a card would have been nice. They agreed on the phone and I brought it up again at check in and never got anything special I felt played if that wasn’t possible I feel that could have been stated. Go elsewhere!"

"The wife and I had a great experience at sensira. The staff was amazing and attentive to ones needs. The restaurants had good food and hotel amenities were a plus due to alot of things to do at the resort. This place gave a nice luxury feel due to cleanliness and decor . Definitely recommend and would definitely book again. Thanks for a great time staff and shout out to Cesar at the amber lounge for a smooth check in and check out process."

"It was our first time visiting Mexico, and we had an exceptional stay at Ventus Ha. The hospitality was outstanding, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely caring throughout our stay. The food selection across the property was very satisfying, with a great variety of options offered at multiple restaurants. The seafood restaurant was our favorite. We enjoyed it so much that we went there twice. Jazmine, in particular, was extremely kind and welcoming. Ventus Ha truly has the best kids’ club. My children, ages 10 and 5, had an amazing time and loved the wide range of activities offered every single day. It was very clear that the team genuinely cared for the kids and put in tremendous effort. Roxy took especially great care of our children, and the entire kids’ club team was absolutely fantastic. The rooms, pools, public restrooms, and overall property were spotless. Everything was sparkling clean and very well maintained. I would definitely return to Ventus Ha- we absolutely loved our stay."

"Our stay in the preferred ocean front king room was great. I wish there was music on the preferred side of the pool it was only in the main pool. The food could have been better but mediocre. Service was excellent, staff was great.4.5/5 for me."
