"It may sound minor but... Upon arrival I was told I could not unload my baggage. That I had to first park. Only valet parking could remain at the reception area. And the fire department had stated no vehicles could remain at the arrival area? This has never bern the case before? Thank you, Dave McClard"

"This is a solid 3. I checked in and got a dirty room. Management was quick to fix it but shouldn’t have happened. The room I ended up with was clean but there small things like air vent filters (under the sink in the bathroom) that needed severe cleaning. The business station was down. The WiFi was too weak to make a WiFi phone call. The breakfast was cornflakes, bagels, yogurt, apple/oranges, and coffee/juice. The hot food was pancakes. It was nice to see a security car driving around. I usually stay here because it’s close to the people I’m visiting and about $50 cheaper than the nicer ones. This is bare bones, no frills, staff are nice but don’t have any other expectations than a comfy place to sleep"

"It didn't look like the pictures you have of it, its run down and they even charge 4.00 dollars a day for housekeeping it didn't say that in the add,no coffee in the morning or nothing there was no store around it and they sold soda frozen hot pockets ect. And it was expensive. "
