"Great location near June Mountain for skiing and plenty of room for our family. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking. If I could give 4.5 stars I would! Tile floors were a little grimy underfoot and the dryer wasn't working so we couldn't dry our ski clothes. Heating system is a little wonky - a bit cold on the ground floor and warmer than necessary upstairs. But overall we will probably stay here again!"

"I want to start by saying that the view at this place is absolutely amazing. The vibe is calm and zen—the pond, the creek, the waterfall in the mountains, and the friendly, kind staff all make this place worth it. However, if you pay attention to small details, you may notice some downsides. Some amenities were very old or didn’t work well. For example, the toaster was old and rusty, and the refrigerator was outdated and made loud noises that made it hard to sleep. Also, the light above the stove didn’t work, so I had to cook with very little lighting. Overall, everything looked clean, but when I wiped the dining table and the countertop, the cloth came out dirty. The floor was also dirty, and the worst part was the sofas—both were very dirty. I had to put a blanket over them so my kids could sit on them. On a positive note, the beds were nice and clean, and the bathroom was clean as well. Thank you!"

"Good check-in process, and the location is good. The property shows some neglect; visible mold in the windows in the bathroom, and the heaters were fairly inefficient. No CO detectors were noted, only smoke detectors. Several guests experienced headaches and nausea after using the fireplace that improved while outside."

"Great stay close to June Mountain. Lived the backyard forest view and access for kids to play in snow. Not modern but cozy will all the creature conforts. We enjoyed."

"We stayed here with 4 adults and 3 children. It was overall a great experience. We really appreciated that there was already a baby gate for the stairs and that there was a heavy protective grate to keep kids away from the wood stove. They also had a hair tie on the kitchen sink cabinet to keep kids away from the chemicals. Lots of little things that made staying there with kids less stressful. The unit was plenty spacious. All of the amenities worked well. I appreciated being able to park a car in the garage. It was a one minute drive from June Mountain. The views of the mountains from the living room/dining room were breathtaking. We will definitely recommend this place to our friends."

"We had a great time here! The view was stunning and it was just the right space for our family of seven. The game room downstairs was perfect for our teenagers to have fun while we went to bed early after skiing all day! Mike was a great host and checked in with us several times to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend!"
