"Very clean, only one washcloth for 2 people for 2 nites. We had a hard time with the shower, no water pressure couldn’t get rinse d off properly . Also very slippery in the shower, slid once but grabbed the handle. We loved the outside amenities. The stream and pond were very relaxing and calming. Didn’t use the pool and spa but we walked through, very clean and appealing."

"The Chalet is a great place for large gatherings to stay while in the Loop. We had a little problem with the DIRECTV in the main room, but, Mike, the owner was easy to work with and we corrected the problem. It's great that all the bedrooms have DIRECTV. Internet is great, best I've ever had while staying in the Loop, and we used our Netflix account to watch movies. Fireplace is fabulous, however, would appreciate leaving small kindling for help with starting the fire. The house was clean but it could use a new broom for picking up small stuff the vacuum couldn't reach. The dishwasher and washer/dryer were easy to use, although the listing should include the washer/dryer are in one of the bedrooms. Overall, the Chalet does deserve 5 stars for the location and scenery. I doubt there is a better view of Horsetail Falls from any other rental in the area."

"We stayed here with 4 adults and 3 children. It was overall a great experience. We really appreciated that there was already a baby gate for the stairs and that there was a heavy protective grate to keep kids away from the wood stove. They also had a hair tie on the kitchen sink cabinet to keep kids away from the chemicals. Lots of little things that made staying there with kids less stressful. The unit was plenty spacious. All of the amenities worked well. I appreciated being able to park a car in the garage. It was a one minute drive from June Mountain. The views of the mountains from the living room/dining room were breathtaking. We will definitely recommend this place to our friends."

"We had a fantastic stay and were extremely satisfied with the location, amenities, and overall experience. One of the biggest highlights is that you can ski directly to Main Lodge from the cabin, which made our trip incredibly convenient and special — especially during snowy conditions. The cabin itself was comfortable, well-equipped, and perfect for a mountain getaway.We also want to give a special thank-you to Joe, who went out of his way to help us push our car out of the snow. His kindness and help were truly appreciated and made a stressful moment much easier.Things to note / minor improvements:We did experience an incident with the smoke alarms, which was a bit disruptive, but it was manageable and didn’t take away from the overall quality of the stay.One helpful tip for future guests: stock up on groceries and essentials before arriving. If a storm rolls in, the cabin is quite far from grocery stores, and trips can easily take 30 minutes each way, especially in snowy conditions.Overall, we would absolutely stay here again and will gladly recommend this place to friends and family. It’s a great choice for anyone looking for a true ski-in mountain experience."

"We enjoyed the quiet, clean condo very much. It was a great get away spot to unwind from the grind of work. The fishing in the area was perfect as was the weather. The restaurants were equally wonderful and the wait staff were friendly and welcoming upon our artival. "
