"The room I had was facing the inner Courtyard which is beautifully decorated and very peaceful even with palm trees. The open pit fire that was on most of the day until evening quiet time was inviting and warm. They even had a piano that you could play down on the lower level where some of the parking was. I did not have a car so I don't know too much about parking. My room was extremely clean came it cooked with a Nespresso coffee maker complimentary two bottles of complimentary cold water had a refrigerator and good shower wonderful amenities of hand soap shampoo body wash and conditioner complimentary as well and in refillable bottles so as not to create as much waste as a lot of hotels do with the small bar soaps and small bottles of shampoos so that was appreciated and all the staff we're super friendly and helpful though it's not owned by the hotel there is a restaurant on the Main Street of Home Cooking that always smell good I didn't eat there and there is also a coffee shop connected to the hotel in the downstairs next to the lobby"

"Dust on night tables and bed frame and floor make weird popping sound when walking. Room was relatively clean and lobby and staff were nice "

"You can tell this is a slightly older hotel, but it is very clean and has everything you need. Our room was huge, and we loved having a kitchen and living room. Location is fantastic, right in the heart of downtown Vancouver, lots of cafes, shops, and restaurants nearby. You could easily walk most places in downtown! Bus stops right outside as well. Staff were incredible, from front desk to the cleaning staff, everyone was so friendly! Overall phenomenal stay would definitely stay here again if I come back to visit."

"The Cosmo room (penthouse with ocen view) was unreal. The 2nd balcony off the bathroom was one heck of a surprise."

"Room was clean. Staff was great. Check in was annoying because I arrived at 530pm and no one is there. Emergency need for help was great. I found the hotel older than appeared on website and kitchen had stains in the fridge and I had to unload the dishwasher when I arrived. But kitchen and its contents was enough for cooking what I needed. Overall not a terrible experience, but for my needs, there's no elevator from underground parking and my suitcase needed to be carried as front Street parking was packed and there's no way to enter the property from the back without going over grass. If you have heavy luggage or unable to lift luggage and cannot be sure to arrive before 3pm it'll be an experience to get to your room. Tvs were small but I didn't come to watch so I didn't care. Dining room area was large enough if i had company we didn't have to eat on the couch"

"We really enjoyed our stay! The ability to store our luggage for the day while waiting for our evening flight was great. We loved the view and the bedding. All very comfortable."
