"Madrid is a busy night life town. If you are not used to hearing sirens all night, Madrid is not the place to stay. On the top floor, we had a beautiful room with private bathroom in this hostel hotel, but the street but the noise was loud. Perfectly situated next to the train station if you're relying on train transportation. The staff was wwrm, inviting and super helpful!"

"The hotel is generally very good, except not close to the city centre for tourists, though metro is nearby. Also, at the main entrance, we did not see any clear sign that there is a street-level entry (for anyone does not want to climb the many stairs). We actually carried two 20kg luggages up the stairs when checking in. We noticed the side entance later on during the stay."

"They didnt charge for an incredible breakfast assortment. We didnt need parking but they had on site parking. Very clean premises, a mile and 1/2 to walk to a most amazing mall! Its out of the city but we stayed not knowing the area. It was about 20 min by taxi to airport. But well worth it. Im not really a mall person, but a visit to that mall was great and made our stay fun. Loved this hotel!"

"Loved the location and friendly staff! We booked this very last minute after checking in (and checking out) of a gross hotel we had previously had booked. This exceeded expectations and we were happy! The staff was very helpful, rooms were clean, amenities were good and the location was perfect for dining & shopping. Juan the bartender made the best espresso martinis & fresh sangria!"
