"The staff at best western really went above and beyond with my elderly mom traveling alone. They really understood the importance of family and treated my mom like they're family by taking all my request over the phone as my mom first language is Spanish. By arranging her wake up call and airport return shuttle before she even arrive. They heard and listen to my concerns. The rooms were very clean. The staff were knowledge about flights location and terminals. As toronto International can be challenging to navigate due to its size. This place is truly a jem in the rough. Because every staff member i talk to really did care about my mom safety and comfort. Thank you so much! Will definitely be back. "

"Room was booked for my in-laws. They arrived on a later flight but found the shuttle easy and check in was very good despite having issues with their credit cards. Staff was very accommodating. Room was clean and as pictured. Breakfast was great and staff even packed an early to go breakfast as they had to leave early in the morning. "
