"The rooms were comfortable and spacious. The bed was comfortable. The vent up near the ceiling in my room needed to be cleaned. The shower was fantastic. Could have used instructions on how to use the coffee maker lol. The location was amazing! We hung out down in the lobby area and the staff were super nice. We had some shareables to eat and everything was good. We did not eat breakfast. I would recommend and stay here again. "

"Location it's the best from this hotel close to the Fulton Market. David in the restaurant area it's very friendly and makes you feel at home. Hotel staff in general are very nice. "

"Breakfast was delicious as always. But being in Chicago at this time of year, no AC was needed. LoL. Staff was exceptional! No complaints other than our room was directly in front of the elevator so it was a little loud on occasion 😔 but at the same time, it was convenient. ☺️"
