"We did not stay in the room. The hallways were very dimly lit. Our room faced the highway which was loud and clear as soon as we opened the door. The parking lot had a warning sign about leaving belongings in the car and being 2 female travelers, we did not feel safe. We did not stay the night. "

"Poor housekeeping. The bed appeared to be very hurriedly made with wrinkled sheets not fit to the mattress and disheveled pillows. Heavy dust on the bathroom shelf. One of the TP rolls left empty on the holder. Toilet seat had streaks of brown with obvious filth around the back of the seat where the hinges are. My husband stayed here years ago and it was an outstanding property at that time. With the Hilton name behind it Iexpected a much better quality of care and attention to detail. "

"I was very cold. The thermostat had a note on it not to use it. I was about to call the front desk when I saw the portable electric space heater. After plugging it in, it helped but was still cold without the option of an added blanket. Also, when I came back from a store run, there were 5 police cars blocking the parking in front of my room. They were going through a person's car and it took a couple of hours. Some other people were on the sidewalk near my room and being very loud, but not cussing or abusive to the police, thankfully."

"was charged $5.00 after my stay without being given a reason. Also room was definitely too expensive for the quality (not 100% clean as well). Pool/atrium was nice and morning guy Shawn was also nice......."

"Great place to stay in Grand Junction! This home fit 4 adults/4 kids very comfortably, easy access to downtown/river. Only problem was the garbage disposal didn't work while we were there which is already being fixed. Well-stocked kitchen for meal prep."
