"Great budget hotel just off the center of Zermatt. We had a nice (albeit tight) balcony with a glimpse of The Matterhorn. The room was clean but unfortunately no air conditioning and it was quite warm in the room. There’s a refrigerator which was very convenient. Stepping into the shower isn’t designed for short people which was a bit awkward. We had to check in at another hotel, but it was only steps away. Would stay here again for convenience and cleanliness."

"A true rarity—Hotel Jägerhof is hands down the best hotel we have ever stayed in. From the second we stepped inside, we knew we had booked the right place. The hotel offers so many thoughtful touches: a delicious buffet breakfast, complimentary transport to and from the train station, and warm, friendly staff who made us feel welcome from the start. "Highly recommend!!! The staff is amazing. Went out of their way to make you feel like family. The room was large, clean had all that you would want in a room. The refrigerator had drinks for free, chocolate in the room. A wonderful experience for sure!!!"

"Beausite Zermatt was a fabulous hotel to stay in for our 3 day hiking trip to the area. We received friendly advice from the concierge on appropriate level hikes and places to eat on the mountains.The breakfast was decadent and the spa/pool options were wonderful. We were upgraded to a room with a beautiful deck and view of the Matterhorn which made our stay extra special. You will not regret staying here!"
