"Para lo grande q es el hotel la piscina es un mini hueco, ni espacio ni camas ni sillas para sentarse y mucho menos tohallas; en la playa me quisieron cobrar las camas, las tohallas y la sombrilla por media hora porque yo llegué a las 4:30pm y a las 5:00 pm ellos finalizaban todos los servicios. Llegué hacer el checking 6:30 pm sun la habitación no estaba lista me cobraron infinidades d cargos por la habitación y el hasta el depósito lo cobraron doblemente la señora dayana q estaba en ese momento en la recepción, t cobran diario 57 dólares d parking más 45 d fee (diarios) por habitación mas nose cuantas cosas más, habitaciones q los baños estaban llenos d moho y mugre. En fin es un desastre total aquello y t cobran hasta la risa después d pagar tu reservación"

"Loved every thing about this place, very comfortable and clean and classy, felt we were in a nice hotel in Vegas. The Casa Gianni restaurant downstairs was awesome. Great location, lot of places to eat and shop around. Very safe. Wish we had a condo with a ceiling fan and microwave. They do have some that come with it. We had a condo with city view, tall buildings around, my son stayed before in an ocean view condo and said It was amazing. This will be our go to place anytime we are in Miami next."

"I’ll start by saying I’m pretty chill and low maintenance, however I feel compelled to share my Awful experience, long story short…never stay here unless you absolutely must. The room was FILTHY, the tables had sticky liquid on it, the floors were FILTHY! My feet were black on the bottom from walking on the floors, there was what I believe to be public hairs in the shower, the bathroom floor had make up all over, the iron had something sticky all over the handle…disgusting, the phone was COVERED in foundation. And a little cherry on top, I left an expensive hat behind and of course “it wasn’t found”. I wouldn’t stay here again if they paid me!"

"I like the room, the balcony, and the overall appearance of the hotel.The property itself was beautiful. Unfortunately, my birthday experience was ruined by poor room service customer service. When I called to order food, I was repeatedly transferred back and forth between two employees. As someone who uses an accessibility device for Deaf and Hard of Hearing communication, this was especially frustrating. I eventually asked for a manager, who handled my order professionally and made sure my food was delivered. I appreciate the manager's help, but the experience left a negative impression. I was also disappointed by the nightclub experience. As a hotel guest celebrating my birthday, I asked if there was any special access or VIP accommodation and was told no. After seeing the long line, I ended up returning to my room and missing my dinner reservation. The day pool party was the highlight of my stay. The staff were friendly, the food was good, and I enjoyed the atmosphere. However, the seating rentals were extremely expensive. Another downside was the location. Transportation costs were very high, with Uber rides often costing $60-$80 each way. Because of this, I was unable to enjoy all the activities I had planned. While the room and pool area were excellent, the poor room service experience, expensive transportation, and disappointing birthday experience mean I would not stay here again.
