"客室もきれいでよかったですが私は使い捨てのスリッパがないことが残念でした"

"This hotel is gorgeous. Highly recommended. The outdoor onsen is magical!"

"朝食終了時間直前に食べに行ったにもかかわらず、快く案内をしてくれた女性スタッフの方々ありがとうございました。感謝です。 大浴場最高でした。"

"While the service and location were both excellent, I was disappointed to be put in the dog wing literally. I didn’t book a dog room. Don’t have a dog. Chose this hotel for views which were on the east wing our room was in the west aka dog wing. Spa service was fantastic! Onsen experience was super relaxing. All good except for being with dogs!"

"Unreal experience"

"めっちゃ良かったです！ご飯美味しい！"

"Amazing experience! Hotel was clean, staff was friendly and open air bath was phenomenal! Dinner and breakfast were delicious, overall very authentic and comfortable experience. Great way to end a trip!"

"This is our most memorable stay in Japan. We had an exceptional room with private rooftop onsen and incredible views. The staff and management were especially helpful and more importantly they were sincere. Their recommendations were fantastic. It can be viewed as expensive but in Japan you pay for what you get and the value was fantastic. ...

"This is a beautiful Japanese inn. We loved having the whole experience including the use of the private onsen, the beautiful tatami mats, the delicious multi course meal, and wonderful staff. It's very close to gora station so it's very convenient. It's a wonderful value for a indescribable experience."

"Super clean room. Breakfast buffet offers many different dishes that change everyday. Soaking in the large Onsen bath help recover from long walks and stress from traveling."

"食事も温泉もとても良かったです。 中強羅駅にも徒歩で行けるのでとても便利でした。"

"Beautiful Rakuten"

"This place has a lot of character and was a great experience. We didn’t book the Irori dinner, which I regretted very much. It’s a hostel, not a hotel, so as expected it was a bit spartan. However, the main sitting area was lovely and interesting and the staff were top notch - warm and accommodating. If you are looking for character and tradition over modern comforts, you will enjoy your stay very much. It’s also just a short walk to Gora station where you can hop on the cable car and ropeway as...

"Kaiseki is amazing and room is very spacious. Location is very accessible, 10min walk from Hakone Yumoto station."
