"This is a high end hotel with exceptional value; no detail has been overlooked. Simply put, they get everything right every time. The location is perfect in the historic pedestrian center!

"This hotel was amazing. I’ve stayed in many high-end hotels around the world, and this one truly impressed me. The décor is beautiful, the room was spacious enough for both my mom and me, and the bathroom—especially the shower—was fantastic.
Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh options and attentive staff constantly replenishing everything. Honestly, it had everything you could want in a hotel breakfast and it was such a bonus it was included.

"The property makes creative use of its small space in the historic area. We enjoyed our balcony view of the city from our studio. Fresh and new inside with a Roman wall in the back. Staff is wonderful and genuinely helpful. Breakfast is good too. But do not plan to drive or park there. The road is very narrow. We left our car at a nearby parking garage. Wonderful location in the walkable historic district near the river."

"The Gran Cruz House is in the perfect location, right by the river and walkable to all local attractions and restaurants. We stayed in the White Room for one night and the Pink Room for four. Both rooms were lovely but we really loved the Pink Room due to its small balcony and beautiful views.
The rooms were nice and clean and the shower pressure was great. The area has a lovely vibe with street entertainers and market stalls and the view from the room was amazing.

"Our first trip to Porto and I have never been to such a beautiful hotel, we arrived and Franseca showed us our room which we absolutely loved, the room was cleaned every day of our stay and was spotless. Breakfast was amazing and we sat outside in the beautiful gardens overlooking the river,all the staff were very friendly especially the young man who we never got his name but he was fab at his job.Thank you all for a memorable stay !"

"Just spent 3 nights at this beautiful small hotel. Everything was perfect. Our room was spacious, light and spotlessly clean. The bed, pillows and bedding were all so comfortable, and there were some lovely touches, such as a minibar that was restocked everyday, free of charge. "Whoever wrote a bad review of this place needs their head examined. Location if fantastic - right next to lots of popular spots. Had everything you could want and is super comfortable. Hosts were very accommodating and helped us find parking close by that was reasonable. Try the ice cream shop and cod potato in the restaurants below. Would give them 6 stars if I could. "
