"Our room was a bit odd. Immediately after opening the door there was a long corridor (5+ metres) before you got to the room proper. The only light switches (including for the bathroom) were just inside the door, meaning you had to track back and forth down this corridor every time you wanted to switch the light on or off in the bathroom. Worse still, the lights are on a timer linked to a motion sensor, but the motion sensor is just inside the door so every time it times out the room lights go off and you have to run down the corridor just to reactivate the motion sensor.
Other than that strange design, the rooms were OK but fairly spartan. Lots of space, but no additional furniture beyond the bed and a single chair. For what we paid, it felt very poor value."
