Stunning views of the Bund and Oriental Pearl Tower, elegant rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows, and exceptional service made my stay unforgettable. "We are a family for four with two kids age 11 and 7, stayed for 6 days. This hotel is family friendly, offers free activities like city walk with local tour guide, and craft arts etc. Right next to the subway station and Yu garden, and about 10 min walk to the Bund. Our room was large and clean, all the drinks and snacks are free, they even offer free laundry station. They also have a photographer on site! We really enjoyed staying here and would totally recommend it. "
"The amenities are perfect for young families- my husband enjoyed the gym and the pool was very clean as well as family friendly. There is a wet and dry sauna in the locker room too. As a non-Chinese traveler, I felt the staff was extra thoughtful in explaining how to use the amenities to the different things to do in the area. The staff also made sure to accommodate my requests. Overall, the experience was amazing and I would stay at this hotel again. "
