A major plus is the low-cost airport shuttle bus from Narita Terminal 1 that stops near the hotel—super convenient if you have a lot of luggage and want to avoid transfers. The location is excellent, right next to a metro station for easy access to the city, and surrounded by restaurants and shops. There’s even a TULLY'S Coffee right next door, perfect for a quick coffee or breakfast. Overall, it’s a safe, convenient, and comfortable place to stay in Tokyo. Highly recommended!"

"Great hotel for a quick airport stay! This is a great hotel if you need a place to stay near the airport—especially if you're arriving late or need a convenient transfer. It's within walking distance of Terminal 3, which is helpful if you don't want to wait around. I walked from Terminal 3 at night; it was manageable, though I got a little confused on the way. Later I found out that the hotel actually offers a free shuttle to and from Terminals 1 and 2, which is super convenient—I just didn’t know about it when I arrived. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I accidentally overslept and checked out about 30 minutes late, but they were kind and didn’t charge me or make a fuss about it. Overall, a very comfortable and convenient option for airport travelers!"
