Conditioner dispenser was broken and just refilled and clearly not checked. Rubbish left in the corridors and strwn around the lifts and not spotted or picked up. General poor smell around the 3rd floor. Room AC had two settings - off or COLD. No controls would work. The general upkeep of the rooms is poor, but I can live with that for a value prices hotel - but the lack of cleanliness isnt acceptible. "

"We weren't advised there was a pool, so we didn't get to use it. Staff were all lovely, especially receptionist who booked us in. But the second lift being out of order meant we had to wait for the lift when checking out. There was a chair in our room [118] that needed joints gluing and could have collapsed, and somewhere in the bathroom is leaking damp, resulting in a few harmless fruit flies and damagedbath panel and skirting. "
