"Very friendly and helpful staff. Good selection at breakfast, but a little chaotic at times with only one hot drinks machine. Facilities were good. The hotel was a short walk from all the amenities in Ischia Porto."

"It is the staff that truly makes this place magical. They were always helpful, friendly, and cheerful, going out of their way to help us with our requests. Our family has been coming to La Reginella for the past two years, and we were thrilled to recognize so many of the same faces - and even better, they remembered us, too! My wife had developed a genuine fondness for some of them and it was sad for us to leave. A second major highlight was the daily breakfast. I have never looked more forward to waking up for a hotel buffet as much as I did here. Although the spread was plentiful and offered great variety, I would have been happy enjoying plates of their freshly baked bread and hot coffee every morning. And their multiple pools were another family favourite. We spent our last full day never leaving the property - simply enjoying the thermal waters. We'll be back next year!"

"Great place, great location. We would have given it a 5 STAR rating if it was not for a very rude night desk clerk who was very unhelpful and disrespectful to both me and my wife any time we attempted to seek help from him. We tried to avoid him whenever possible. All the other workers were very nice and the property was very nice."
