Breakfast was just a little disappointing they were clearly limiting the choices eg the bacon was lardons, there was one cheese, the pastries were pecan or croissants only. They also charged to keep your luggage when you check out and they charge for the pool and spa. It all adds up to a feeling of “blah”. The staff were excellent. "

"The TV was not working, so we requested assistance. Supposedly they had someone try to fix it without sucess. They said they'd give us an upgrade which was only moving us to an identical small room at a higher level (4th to 10th). Breakfast was great though with a large selection of breads, cheeses, meat and hard boiled eggs. "
