"Visited earlier in the year. Went to nearby hikes at the lake but during the time we stayed, and visited the hot springs. The hosts were great and attended our needs. Hosts recommended sites and nearby eateries, including showing us the up and coming services to be provided in the future. Had a very nice and pleasant quiet stay, as the suite was nice and large. When we get more time, would love to come back. "
"Jesse was working the day of our arrival. He called to let me know the storm had taken out the power. Told us not to rush. When we arrived the power was still out but we had backup fobs to get into the room. It was clean and well laid out. Power came back on and all was great. Beautiful property. I would say Jesse went above regular customer service to make sure we were okay and happy. "

"We had a wonderful stay with our family! The property was peaceful, we enjoyed visiting the animals, and the hosts were so lovely. Kitchen was well stocked, and the house stayed cool with the AC and fans which was perfect for the hot days. It had everything we needed. Beach access just a short walk down the hill. "Our stay at Kootenay Lake Lodge was fantastic. The owners Klaus and Claudia were lovely. Very accommodating, friendly and welcoming. We stayed in the little red cabin and loved it! We will also be bringing our trailer up to camp as well. I highly recommend this place and will be returning. "
