Niagara Crossing Hotel & Spa

"Loved room. Top floor but checked in after dark, asked for recommendation for dinner which was walking distance (think called Griffon) and come to find out it was on the Niagara river, which we didn’t fully get to appreciate until the following morning in the light. What would be super awesome is if this place could have had their location near the river, and the restaurant where the hotel was -either way both were amazing. The only thing I would say is if you are a person who needs noise in your room at night this is not the place for you. Our AC/Heat unit was higher up on the wall & made a constant noise that was super annoying and there was nothing that could be done about that. other than that the room was immaculate. Beds comfortable. Manager running the evening shift was super accommodating in trying to help."

Sheraton Niagara Falls

"Room could use some upgrade (no microwave). Hallways are very dated, with tape holding down the edges of carpet all along the hallway. Vending machines would be good. “Tuck shop” way too expensive. However, shout out to CoJo at the registration desk. Lovely lady, great representative for your hotel."
