This apartment had it all you wish for. Microwave, Nespresso, dishwasher and much more. Reception 24/7 available. We were lucky to meet Fahrat and Daniella. Super friendly and gave us advice. Also got a snack-pack from them which was sweet. Location pretty cool as it's close to London City airport. With DRL you're in downtown London within 20 minutes. Absolutely would recommend this apartment to all who would like to visit London.

Amazing Apartment but poorly managed
These apartments look amazing! Super stylish and with great views of the river.
However, I don’t think I got the customer care I would have, if I stayed in a hotel.
The man on the receptions was welcoming, but I was shocked when he asked for £100 deposit, so please take note. Thankfully I had cash on me, as I hate paying deposits with card, as it takes ages to get the money back!
On the table in the apartment there was a huge list of items and the cost of them if you damaged them and the prices were ridiculous! It was very worrying! Literally EVERYTHING was listed!
The room was also VERY hot! It was a spring day, and it was way too warm.
I couldn’t work the AC so I went downstairs to the reception and there was a lady on now and she told me how to work it. While I was there I also realised I hadn’t been given a receipt for my £100 deposit and was a little worried. I asked the lady for one and she asked how much did I pay? Which was a little concerning, surely everyone pays the same? Or do they charge what they like at the time?
The AC still didn’t work, so I gave up in the end and just had to cope with the heat! I mentioned this at check out to a different member of staff and they said they only switch it on in summer!
The room also wasn’t as clean as it first appeared either with dirty handprints on the doors and crumbs on the sofa, which was a shame.
A great looking apartment, but in my opinion not managed professionally.
We stay a family of 3 for 4 nights beginning of Jan 2020. Having read mixed feedbacks when looking at closest transportation I got worried. But in the end, apart from not having always 100% clear answers to my questions to the employees, our stay there was excellent.
We had a brand new small flat. Everything working perfectly. I was worried of 1 tea spoon missing from start and the listing of prices to pay for damaged items and the deposit given during checking ^^We never know what could happen.
In the end, all was straightly managed at check out. No issue what so ever. I wish to have used a bit more the kitchen which was the goal with family and baby girl of 2.5 yo. But we ate more often outside even in evenings. But the flat was great, shower great.
Only small remark is about cleaning and we read this beforehand, so no real surprise, but during 5 days stay, cleaning was done once. Also, DLR tracks are almost touching the building ^^and accross the Thames from the flats was the London city airport. We thought we could have noise issue, but being winter we never really had windows open during night and we were not disturbed by noise, thus good windows isolation.
All in all, we were really satisfied. We'll come back and hope to get exactly the same room number ^^

Negatives:
1) The heating failed the second night we were there. While we were provided with heaters after we asked, the staff were not pro active, and the heating system had still not been fixed 5 days later when we left.
2) The shower head started leaking and completely soaked the bathroom. The problem was reported, but still not fixed by the time we left.
3) The kitchen is described as 'well equipped'. It is not. There was no knife, and only one tiny pot to cook with.
4) The second blanket in the room was dirty, and had a large lipstick stain on it, which was very unhygienic.

Docklands stay
Overall the room was nice and clean however the receptionist informed me that my room is 706, she even wrote it down on the card, as the lifts wasn’t working I had to climb all them steps even though i had a back knee. Once I was on the 7th floor, the key card was not working, so I had to go down those steps again to the receptionist and found out that the room was actually 703 instead. This was quite frustrating as the lifts wasn’t working and I had to climb all them steps, knowing I had a really bad knee.
These apartments are either very recently refurbished or virtually brand-new as everything within a apartment and the decor was pristine
A couple of things left the whole experience down one was the check in the security chap said initially they had no record of us on his list and we were made to sit in a separate waiting room waiting to check-in this required me to re-check my booking to see if I had made a mistake where in fact I had not mistake was on behalf of the apartments not mine.
When we were shown through to the very small reception desk the lady behind did not even look up to say good afternoon prompting me to announce our presents by saying good afternoon. Eventually we did check in and the next problem was one of the tulips was out of service which led to quite a long delay getting to our room which was on the top floor and when we checked out likewise.
However the apartment was lovely ideally situated for the DL are trains and London city airport.
If these two issues can be addressed the whole experience would’ve been five stars.
Perfect location for London City airport and also for city sightseeing. At reception they told after this first time I would become a frequent customer. I do agree!!
Apartment was very nice...the only issue we had was the heat/thermostat. The room was very hot and we could not regulate without turning completely off.
One of the best properties I’ve been to, great staff great everything definitely planning to go again.

Upon arrival to the apartments our first interaction was very rude. We arrived before the offical check in time however the security guard rudely said as we tried to enter “Check in time is at 2pm”. Reception staff did allow to check in early as the rooms were ready however this left a lasting impression.
While the rooms are quite well appointed, our apartment had a bad smell coming from the drains the entire stay, I mentioned it on numerous occasions but nothing was every rectified, no maintenance staff checked and no manager was every seen to check.
The staff were a mix of very nice and somewhat rude. I would not stay here again.
Amazing stay over the weekend for London Comic Con. was in a decent area, close by to Excel, the accommodation was clean, tidy and had all your adequate needs for staying over, including kitchen utilities to make your own food, if not can access train nearby to get into London city centre. Staff was friendly and helpful and had a nice relaxing stay. Would recommend it to anyone if wanting a place to stay while in London.
The apartment was a nice size and very convenient for the Excel Centre where I was attending a conference. The bed and furnishings were very comfortable. The check in staff were excellent and very friendly. The only 2 things that impacted my satisfaction were that the air con didn't work at all and the room was a bit stuffy. However there was a stand alone fan in the room which saved the day. The other minor niggle was the DLR which rumbled on late into the night right by the window. However I would not hesitate in staying there again if I were attending a conference at the Excel.The view of London City Airport was fab.

I enjoyed my time at the apartment. It was very clean and comfortable. Had an amazing sleep, bed was lovely! Only thing I didn't like was the £150 holding deposit and the fact that they give you a list of how much stuff costs if you break it. I get it, but for me.. a little off putting.
It was well located for my needs at a fairly reasonable price, especially when compared to the nearby rip off hotels!
Clean and airy, there was space to move around and get things done.
The bedroom was a bit small and the lifts were slow and somewhat arcane.
