Staff brilliant and room although on the small side was spotless. Decent shower, only downside is small narrow staircases but that’s part of the property. Recommend if using for an overnight stay use left luggage at somewhere like Kings Cross

Can’t fault the staff nor the cleanliness of the room, & the breakfast included was more than adequate but our room was situated in the ‘Annex’ (formally the Jenkins Hotel) which had very noisy bathroom pipework from the room(s) above which certainly disturbed your sleep!

Ok for a 3star hotel. Staff were helpful but could not provide an extra blanket when requested. Room 103 was cold because of drafty window frame. Bathroom clean and modern and hot breakfast bar good. Location great for Kings cross, EuroStar, Brit library, Wellcome centre etc

Great value hotel room. Room was small so probably not so good if you're planning to stay for a long time but absolutely fine for ilusvfor and overnight trip when we were out most of the time. Full English was great and set us up nicely for another day's sightseeing. Good location with easy access to Euston and Russell Square tube.
