On arrival at the whiteleaf hotel we found it to be closed down and looking like a building site. The telephone number is invalid and hotels.com were no help at all. We had nowhere to stay and had to find a last minute hotel. We are still trying to get our money back and absolutely disgusted with the lack of customer service aftercare.
Skitsunkigt hotell med svartmögel runt fönstret på rummet och sängarna var typ 4 ihopsatta dynor med kanter åt alla håll där man ligger. Vissa i personalen var ganska trevliga medans andra var bara besvärade av att få en fråga. Ingen frukost serverades fastän det stod det i annonsen när vi bokade hotellet! Vill du ha nån form av psykisk klåda ska du åka hit. Personligen kommer jag aldrig att besöka hotellet igen. Riktigt dåligt!!
Hvis du er på utkikk etter noe sentralt, veldig billig sted uten noe ekstra, kan dette være stede for deg. Da kan du ikke være nøye på støv, slitne rom og manglende housekeeping. De tømte ikke søppel på 4 dager.
Jeg har vært her 4 netter og var nesten helt inneforstått med hva jeg hadde bestilt.
Enerom i 3.etg med delt bad.
Heldigvis vask på rommet. Toalettet var to trapper ned, dusjen var i 2.etg. Bittelite og ganske så skittent. Kjøpte meg en klut og vasket meg i vasken på rommet.
Rommet var helt ok. Seng, ustøtt nattbord, liten pult og stort garderobeskap som helte gode 20 cm ut fra veggen øverst. Bra panelovn under vinduet og en ekstra på gulvet så det ble varmt og godt. Ingen TV, gratis WIFI. Så ingen dyr/insekter har ingen bitt etter 4 dager.
Et stuslig hotell, men det kan hende jeg bor der igjen mest pga prisen og beliggenhet. Betalte 380 kr natta og kan ikke være kresen da.
The only good think about this hotel was location, close to tube station, shops and restaurants. With walking distance to Kensington Palace.
Rooms were below standards, Room and bathroom were dirty and all you could smell was bleach. In the fridge were damp and juice which must have been there for weeks!
Hotel is advertised with breakfast served, when we arrived it turned out that they do not serve breakfast since 6 months! That was the only reason why we picked this hotel. Overall very disappointing stay for the price we have payed. I do not recommend
Bei Ankunft wurde uns ein nicht aufgeräumtes Und schmutziges Zimmer zugewiesen. Nach unserer Beschwerde deswegen mussten wir uns in ein Apartment etwas weiter weg begeben. 4.Stock, kein Lift, Schimmel im Badbereich und ein Bett aus zwei Sofateilen zusammengeschoben!!!!

if you looking for budget stay.. thats the place bt if you lookin for comfort..look for other hotel,overall cleanliness was ok..room was small with ensuite toilet.. shower was too small n sometime no hotwater.. not convenience if u bring lots of luggage coz no lift.. stairs all the way.. location was good, near 2 underground station, bayswater n queensway,restaurants open till late.

Great location. Reception and breakfast staff very nice. Room was great. Only downfall is that we had no hot water for over 3 nights of our stay.

Personnel gentil en particulier la jeune femme qui fait la nuit en revanche la femme qui fait la journée en w.e (samedi et dimanche 8 et 9 dec) était ODIEUSE et trés desagréable.
Hôtel vetuste et viellissant. Limite insalubre. Pas d'asc pourtant 3 étages
A ne pas recommander d'autant qu'il y a plein d'hotel de qualité divers dans la rue.

Dirty room , poor check in-you need photo identification which I was not told about before. Breakfast was awful. I will stay with the bigger chains in future

I took a single room with shared barhroom. Room was ok, but toilets and shower in a diferent floor. Shower's condition, very poor, small, not clean. I would not recommend this hotel. Paid way too much for what it offers.
The room was supposed to be a superior room, unfortunately tje shower would only allow cold water to flow. After complaining about this 3 days in a row was told, they know theres a problem with the system but can't do anything about it. There was also no maid service, the bed was never made and the tea/coffee was never replenished. Very poor standard hotel.
Das Zimmer war auf der 3.etg. neben einem lauten alten Boiler, trotzdem war das Duschwasser kalt. Das Hotel ist i.A. heruntergekommen. Wir sind auf der im Internet abgebildeten Eingangshalle hereingefallen.
Cheap but wouldnt recommend staying here. Dirty, tired, no hot water, collapsing bed, windows falling apart, mould in bathrooms, damp smell in corridors and room. Best avoided until refurbished.
