The iocation is absolutely the best, within walking distance of the train and many iconic London tourist attractions. The rooms are basic but clean, comfortable and surprisingly quiet. We enjoyed our stay!

A great location near Waterloo station( 5 min walk) and the London Eye. Walkable to attractions such as Buckingham Palace too. An American queen size bed was comfortable for 2. Nice modern shower. Breakfast and dinner in the restaurant was good and convenient and not overpriced. We didn’t have or need a car. Highly recommend the London GoCity pass for attractions.

Location was great, the room was ok. No phone, no shower lotions, not enough towels, no shower floor mat. The shower floor was very slippery. We had to ask for everything and anything we wanted. Would not recommend that hotel. If your expecting a 4 or 5 star hotel, it’s not.

The hotel was nothing fancy however location was absolutely perfect right by the London eye two minute walk to the hop on hop off bus. Great restaurants, nearby pretty much walking distance to a lot of the attractions. The staff were very nice. The breakfast was adequate. Nothing to write home about but can’t say anything bad about it though. The downside was at the elevators were very slow luckily we were on the first floor and could walk up and down the stairs The next time I come to London, I will definitely stay here again!

Anna and Umar are super friendly and helpful. Location of this hotel is superb, very close to the London Eye and Big Ben. Clean room. The only downside is that there is no refrigerator in the room; otherwise, it would have been perfect.

It was a great hotel. Staff was really friendly, and helped with whatever you needed. Location was amazing, we could to go the tourist areas by foot. The room was nice and cozy. Just fyi, be careful with the tub it is slippery. Overall amazing experience, great hospitality, would 100% recommend, and fs go back.
