Amazing place to stay,we stayed for our wedding anniversary,the reception team was amazing they gave us a upgrade left champagne in our room with a lovely card,the room was amazing everyone was so kind,I would definitely recommend this hotel,we booked a spa treatment that was fabulous everyone was so kind! Very convenient however, healthy breakfast choices were rather limited when compared to similarly rated properties in the area. The room was also somewhat different from that available in the pictures at booking. So, it was rather disappointing and needs to be spruced up. The Mayfair Kitchen is an excellent place to dine!

This hotel was perfect. The location was great one minute from the tube. The customer service is 5 star!!! The breakfast was excellent. We will definitely stay here again. Don’t hesitate.

Staff were friendly. Room was an upgrade so spacious, however the bathroom still looked tired but clean. My only problem was that I couldn’t get and decaffeinated tea. I made three phone calls and asked two additional members of staff but they couldn’t get any for me.

Sisters trip

This hotel did not disappoint! The room was spacious and comfortable, a little outdated. The hotel bar was very nice, good vibes. Francesco, the doorman, was super friendly and gave good recommendations for things to do. The location is amazing, close to shops and many landmarks. We would definitely stay there again.
