"The rooms were very clean, the property was beautiful. The staff was fantastic and really went the extra mile. Shout out to Andrew, Kennedy and Joy who really went above and beyond to be extra helpful and made our first visit to Mammoth unforgettable. 3 of the most helpful people I’ve ever met. We celebrated our 15th anniversary and when we asked for a late checkout, they offered us an extra hour! One small area for improvement, the restaurant was understaffed the first night with only one woman serving and she kind of took it out on us guests. But everything thing else was amazing. The ski valet was so convenient. Shout out to Rodney who was extremely nice and helpful. The breakfast buffet was great. "

"Great location. But I was disappointed with the kitchen. Pots and pans were old and perhaps were non-stick at some time. There was no small or medium sized fry pan. We had to buy one in order to just cook up some eggs for breakfast. The condo was old and tired looking. Furniture old and kitchen cabinets very cheaply made and slams shut when using. The kitchen mat was very dirty. On a positive note, the bed was comfortable and there was plenty of coffee. Check out instructions required you to take your own trash to the garage area. I really feel for the price we paid which included all the fees plus cleaning, that should be included. For these reasons I would not rent from an VRBO or an individual. I would book directly from Juniper Springs. This was not what I would consider Luxury. "
