"I love the fact that they have a restaurant and offer room service too. I have been coming here for 25 years, and at one time it was the most luxurious hotel in Chetumal Mexico. The staff is always friendly and courteous, and bilingual (Spanish & English) and it's very reasonably priced, especially for families. The center courtyard area has a pool, which has lingers around it, so the kids can play in safety. "

Dos detalles mínimos: Rentamos una habitación con alberca privada, el agua estaba fría, por lo que no la pudimos usar en la noche, como era nuestro plan.
