"I stayed in a room with an adjoining door leading to another room, so unsure if that is a contributing factor, but the noise was unbearable. The walls were very thin, I could hear entire conversations being had by the guests next door, and I don’t even think they were speaking loud. I could also hear their phone alarms going off in the morning (and they unfortunately hit snooze several times). Also, the alarm clock in my room was set and went off at 2am!! The woman that works the breakfast buffet seemed frazzled and stressed, and was not the friendliest. Also, the breakfast buffet continually ran of out items and weren’t replaced. "

"Walked into the pool with music loud rap, cursing. Went to tell front desk, they came and said something to guest, but guest did not turn it off. I went a second time to ask the front desk to ask them again. It was so uncomfortable because he had no idea why he had to turn his music off. There was a dog barking in 2 rooms close to me, so I had to ask to be moved. The beds were on something metal and every time you moved you heard it.
