"This location is right next to Kings Island and offers a great value. As an Inn, you can part right in front of your door, making it easy to keep an eye on your vehicle. I found the beds to be extremely comfortable - surprisingly so. I fell asleep quickly and had no issues throughout the night. This is a place that has been renovated, and if you look closely you can start to see it's age. I had a couple spots on the carpet (small, nothing serious), the bottom of the toilet exterior had a spot that was missed during cleaning, and the top of the shower curtain has some stains from grease or something similar. I wasn't bothered by these small areas that could use a bit more attention, but these small details keep this from being excellent. My room looked exactly like the photo and I have to go back to the value this location offers - you are not going to find anything for less that you'd want to stay in. I'm really surprised at how affordable my 2 night stay was on easter weekend. I never made it to the breakfast - the beds are that comfortable you'll want to sleep in and skip breakfast. I also appreciated how well the AC/Heat worked - which helps make the stay that much better."

"I stayed here for one night and it was a terrible experience. There were a lot of bugs and cockroaches in my room, especially all over the kitchen area. It was very uncomfortable and unsanitary. Definitely an awful stay, and I would not recommend this place to anyone."

"Condition of the property is well kept. Hot tub is a bonus. Didn’t partake in the morning breakfast. I would consider a return visit. Wish they had showers, almost took a fall getting out of the tub, very slippery."

"Everything in the room worked properly. The room was clean and had enough of everything needed for two people. If you are not driving a car service is needed to get around. There is a large mall 10 minutes away with several restaurants and other activities. Downtown is 20 minutes with museums and other attractions."

"Have stayed here multiple times over the years with my family. Always pleased with our stay. Only issue had this stay was the phone wasn’t working for us to call out to front deak. Will definitely stay again,has became a family tradition for our family. "

"This property was clean and the room was accommodating for families with multiple kids. Breakfast was somewhat limited but fine for us. The issues experienced in the room included outlets not working. We had 9 devices to charge after busy days and we struggled to have them fully charged for the next day. Also the temperature in the room was difficult to manage. The air blew constantly even when turning up the temperature. The fridge was minimally used but when we put stuff in, it would not make or keep it cold. The last thing that was a bit frustrating was the lack of staff at the front desk. There was one manager, Laurie I think, that was very present. When she was not there, we could not find anyone at the front desk. They would be in the back and not checking for any patrons for up to 10 minutes, maybe more if we were more patient. We had to yell in the back and when they appeared, they seemed annoyed that we called on them. There was no bell or any alarm that went off when entering. Overall, we would stay again but there could have been some easy fixes to make our stay more enjoyable."

"I was in the home for 6 weeks. I was in Cincinnati for a medical procedure and the house worked well for home away from home. I had two grandchildren come for a week and they enjoyed the basement/ tv room/ pool table very much. The location was perfect. Close to anything you could need. "
