"Having a view of the Douro was beautiful. Our room was quiet, roomy and a fridge w/ kitchenette! Loved the shower. The front desk staff was great to deal w/. We were early and they were able to let us in our room. It wasn’t the room we booked but Miss Rita was able to change it for us. That was really nice of her. Thank you for our stay!"

Para mí la cama un poco más dura de lo que me gusta pero con lo cansado que terminas de caminar al conocer Oporto, dormí bien. La atención del personal bien, te ayudan con lo necesario."
"We like the location of the property in the old town. It was centrally located and within easy walking distance to many restaurants and sights. It is a nice walk to the old castle. It is also conveniently located so you can walk into the newer parts of town to shop and eat as well. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The buffet breakfast was well appointed and nicely laid out with excellent service. Eggs are freshly cooked to your preference.

"There is nothing not to like. The staff is very friendly and keen to help. The hotel is situated near the center. You have a bus stop nearby. Very clean, very good breakfast. A parking nearby, be sure to reserve it but there is a public parking nearby."
"Great location. Ironically the other negative I have was an interaction with another member in the shared laundry. Scolded foe transferring their laundry to the dryer from the washer after 20 min of waiting for that person to return to transfer themselves. Though the setting I placed at no heat and delicate tumble, the american woman scolded me with, "You NEVER move a woman's laundry to the dryer." Other than that, peaceful, pool is cold when the air is hot, great services(cafe, podcast...
"Our stay at this property was lovely, staff were kind, friendly and helpful. The breakfast is fantastic and make sure to take some time to have dinner or cocktails at the restaurant.
